How does the pre-order work?
You pay when you order, and we ship from [DISPATCH DATE] in the order pre-orders came in. You'll get an email with tracking when your parcel leaves. You can cancel for a full refund any time before it ships, and once it arrives the usual 14-day return right for unopened boxes applies.
Will the parcel or my bank statement say what's inside?
No. It ships in a plain mailer with no logo or product name on the outside, and your card statement shows a neutral store name.
Can I subscribe?
Not yet. Subscribe & save comes back once the first stock has arrived. Until then, two or more boxes in one order cost less per box, and two or more boxes ship free. The shop page shows every price in your own currency.
Will they fit?
SixtyNine 001 has a 52 mm nominal width, a standard size. No single size fits everyone. If it feels tight or loose, our instructions page explains what to try next.
What are they made of?
Natural rubber latex. If either of you is allergic to latex, these aren't for you.
Where do you deliver?
Germany, Lithuania, Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland, in your own currency.
Can I return them?
Unopened boxes can be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons we can't take back opened boxes. Anything wrong with your order, we'll put it right.
